The Flying Pig Deli is a result of the creative ideas of Neill and the fabulous culinary skills of Sally.
It is a great eat-in spot much more than just a deli including delights such as Neill’s smoked lamb, specialty cheese selections, fantastic espresso coffee and Sally’s home made cakes prepared with care using quality ingredients.
Our terrace is a fantastic spot to enjoy a glass of wine, ploughman’s lunch and soak up the beautiful views of the Pyrenees.
Adding an extra bit of atmosphere every Saturday over lunch-time (also Sunday on long weekends) our local musician, Graeme Akers, plays his guitar and banjo in the Cellar Door.
The Good Table is a local restaurant offering a daily menu that celebrates quality ingredients; seasonally sourced, locally grown, with emphasis on free range, organic and sustainable produce. We enjoy working with the region’s smaller growers and producers, who, like us, share a passion for quality food and a commitment to the welfare of the animals they keep and the land on which they work. Our food is prepared in an uncomplicated manner, influenced by the regional cuisines of Europe where the ingredient is king and the food is shared.

A lovely little two-storey 1870-built shopfront is the perfect setting for this most agreeable vegetarian cafe and produce store. Admire the pressed-metal ceiling as you check out the fresh organic and biodynamic produce in the front of the shop, or make your way through to take a seat inside, on the rear deck, under the pergola or in the garden. The menu changes daily, depending on what is in season. There might be an eggplant stack, asparagus and bocconcini tart, vegetarian lasagne, bean and potato pie, rice and broccoli tart or a spinach and risotto crepe stack. Dine in or pick up prepared dishes to take away. Fair Trade coffee is served for morning and afternoon tea, and non-alcoholic wine is available.
